Ramadhan's Journal#9: Baby Astronaut

Day#9:

During Fasting: Back to back 30/30 Class + TRX

After Iftar: None

With all my energies drained after crazy back-to-back classes of 30/30 and TRX while fasting, The only muscles alive were the tip of my fingers turning the steering wheel. It was almost breakfast time but I wasn’t rushing, I was somehow at peace….content….Free ….

I felt I could use some imagination while driving; it was a strong energy urging me to draw someone, so I sorted something out.

I drew a baby astronaut in the air, round face and a chubby body, with a lonely curly hair over his head. I dressed him in a white jump suit and covered his head with a shiny round glass cover. Not much of tools but a camera around his neck. I grabbed him from his tiny feet and seated him on a yellow star. “Sit tight”, I tied the star to a sling, and sent him to space….”Go take a picture of me in a parallel universe”…He was worried, as if he is going to be missed forever...

He parked the star at the entrance of an enormous light gate, pillared by columns of sand with an empty glass at the bottom. As soon he stepped into the gate, the pillars of sand began pouring into the glass…His trip was timed and the gates would lock on him if he didn’t make it out, he looked back with a sad face...I assured him to draw another astronaut to get him out in case he loses time.….he smiled, nodded and went on his way.

I waited for his feed of pictures, I received images of vast lands of desert with a lonely man riding his camel, and by taking a closer look under his turban I could see a man carrying my face but at a later age, pointing his finger at the sky, as if he was drawing something…The direction he looked at within these images, was as if he was looking at me, and he knew I was watching him.

I received an interference later on,  a signal from an unknown source, I received images of me driving the car taken by a distance above…I realized that the same moment I sent a baby astronaut looking for him, he drew another one looking for me!

I came back to my senses as soon as I approached closer to home, amazed of how my imagination just went so far by spinning such story! It was a nice trip, and I have no clue why I’m mentioning this in this journal entry. I wonder if he is writing down his daily journal as same as I’m doing right now. Ha! :P
