Day 4:
During Fast: Les Mills 30/30 Class, (RPM 30min, BP 30min) , 600+ colories.
After Iftar: Les Mills Body Attack Class, 735 Colories.
What happened to the AC today?! My body's bleeding sweat, and my T-shirt is sticky… It's still warm up and my hands are slipping off the handle bar already, it gets worse when I look at the I reflecting mirror, filled with empty melted faces, with their feets pedaling off the beat, and fallen eyes staring into nowhere. What a depressing scene, I shook my sight till they disappeared….Its only me and me on a mirror, face to face racing on a chicken run…Its no longer the music, no longer the coach, no longer track one, two, or even hundred, fasting is no longer a burden….I'm going to get you, I'll pedal faster than the image I see in the mirror…I'm slicing you through…
If coach didn't mention anything about the AC, it would have been the same usual for everybody…its just how our bodies reacts automatically when receiving such news, it turns down and low, somehow given up to the excuse of the AC rather than doing a proper workout. I'm glad she did say it, otherwise I wouldn't have pushed it far more than usual. I realized that changing the environment condition is a possible way to break the usual habits, and unlock energy access points to breach higher fitness limitations.
I started adding up to my after-iftar exercises….Can't give up social gatherings over that, but these can wait till my commitment is over…Not all of course :D , as a kick-off I did body attack....had loads of fun on that one!
