Day#5
During Fasting: Back to back Les Mills Body
Pump + RPM (1200+ colories)
After Iftar: None.
I went there aiming for only for body pump,
but my skin was itching in desire for backing that up with RPM. However, I was
affraid to take that risk, I wasn't hydrated well last night...I gave that
thought away.
I went in pointing a question at one of the
ladies at the admin counter.."you think I can make through the two of them
back to back?", she stared at my
pale face, and with doubtfull eyes she looked away and shook her head in
disagreement. "I'd be surprised if you do, but you can't...only
one...", I shot the same question at one of the clients sitting on the
waiting chairs, "you're fasting?", I nodded...."I'd be impressed
if you do em both"...
I dared...placed my card at the counter,
"punch two points, I'm going in"...I didn't intent to go easy because
of my condition, usual weights if not higher, usual resistance if not double.
I had one thought that drove me
forward...No matter how much dehydrated I can be, No matter how hard the
workout could be, No matter anything in the world that could happen in times
after today... There is one ending for all my days in life, I'd lay my head on
the pillow and hope for a better day...What reason I don't have for not pushing
harder then?!
